Copper Foil

The copper foil adhesive tapes offered by us are manufactured using of pure copper foil base material and electric conductive adhesive coating. These foil features excellent diathermancy, static conduction, cold tolerance and adhesiveness. Further, these tapes provide good performances of heat preservation, heat insulation, harmful electromagnetic shielding. Our copper foil adhesive tapes are used pipeline seam of displayer and wire of computer, transformer, refrigerator, water heater manufacture, wire, cable, sophisticated electronics, computer equipment, and also EMI prevention when high frequency transmission.

We offer quality tinned copper foils that are available in continuous length form 0. 05 thickness to 1 mm thick or more. Electrical industry uses bare copper foil as a good conducting agent. These copper foils get corroded when the final product is made because of moisture in the air & chemical reactions. To avoid such problems the tinned copper foils are used. Easily solder able with flux, these are soft (annealed) before they are brought in use. These are widely used in transformer industries for manufacturing capacitor bank, cable industries XLPE cables & etc, capacitor, condenser manufacturers for taking out positive and negative connections.

Application:

Tinned copper foil for transformer, cable, capacitors.
